How does Power Draw work?
As a Just Energy customer, you’re automatically entered into our monthly Power Draw, where you could win up to $1,000 in electricity credits every month.*
Each month, we’re giving away:
- 1 x $1,000 credit
- 3 x $500 credits
- 20 x $200 credits
- 30 x $150 credits
- 40 x $100 credits
You get one entry per active account each month — but you can boost your chances with these extra opportunities:
- Years as a Customer: Get one extra entry for every year you’ve been with us. For example, 3 years = 3 extra entries!
- My Account Registration: Enjoy one extra entry per account that is registered for My Account.
- Online Billing: Sign up for online billing and unlock another entry per account!

How do I know if I have won a credit from Power Draw?
If you are a winner you will be notified on your bill the following month, including the credit amount. You’ll also receive an email or SMS (depending on the contact details we have on file for you - You can keep your contact details up-to-date in My Account or by contacting our team).

Can I win more than once?
Yes! As long as you remain a customer with us, you’ll be automatically entered into the Power Draw each month.

Do my entries to the Power Draw expire?
No they don't, the amount of entries you have are based on the below requirements:
- Years as a customer.
- My Account registration.
- Online Billing.
Every month there is a new Power Draw, so as long as you still meet the requirements, your entries are still valid.

What is Online Billing?
Online Billing is when you receive your bills via email.
You can register for Online Billing through My Account by selecting 'Email' as your preferred communication method: Sign in to My Account > My Details > Communication Preferences > set to 'Email' > Save.

What happens if I cancel my online billing or do not register for My Account?
If you cancel your online billing or do not register for My Account, you won’t receive the additional entry into the Power Draw each month. You’ll receive one entry for being a customer and additional entries for every year you’ve been a customer.

What if I have multiple accounts?
You get one entry into the Power Draw per active residential account each month.
You'll also receive one entry per account that is registered for My Account, and;
Receive one entry for each account that is signed up to Online Billing.

What if I leave Just Energy and still have credit from Power Draw?
The credit is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other credit alternatives. By leaving, you choose to forfeit the remaining credit.
