We regularly update our Terms & Conditions to keep them clear, current, and in line with regulations and how our products and services work.
The main updates are:
- We’ve added a clause explaining how gas terminations work.
- We’ve updated the wording to better explain how we pass through Network Service Charges and to provide information for customers eligible for Network Injection Rebates.
- We’ve added a clause that allows for a possible Hot Water Programme in the future.
- The Schedule of Fees has been updated to reflect updated charges.
- Late payment fees are now clearly set out in your Product Schedule.
- Some wording has been updated or corrected to improve clarity.
