Your electricity rates are changing from 1 April 2026. This change may take effect partway through your billing period, depending on your billing dates, which means your bill may be split into two charges:
- Usage up to 31 March 2026 – charged at your current rate
- Usage from 1 April 2026 onwards – charged at your new rate
You’ll only be charged the new rate from the date it comes into effect.
